For managers, workforce leads and lecturers
Buying for a team
A copy for everybody who started this year, and an hour a month to talk about it.

What people use it for
A welcome for new starters. On the desk on the first morning, with the door code written inside the cover.
Group supervision. One session a month for six months, using the free guide. Nobody’s real case is on the table, so people say more.
A team book club. One lunchtime. Somebody brings a cake.
A thank you. At Christmas, at the end of an inspection, or on a Tuesday for no reason, which is when it is needed.

How to order
Through Amazon. It will send any number of copies to a work address. If your organisation has an Amazon Business account, order through that: it gives you a VAT invoice, and sometimes a lower price on larger orders.
Through your usual supplier. At the moment the book is printed by Amazon and other suppliers cannot order it. If your procurement rules mean you cannot use Amazon, tell me. It helps me to know how many people that is true for.
Twenty or more. Write to me first and say how many. I cannot promise a lower price. I would like to know, and I will help if I can.
If you teach
If you are thinking of putting the book on a reading list, or using it in a seminar, write and say where you teach. While I have copies to send, I will send you one to look at.
The guide is free to copy for teaching. You do not need to ask.
A request
If you do buy it for a team, I would love to know what they made of it, and what they argued about. It is how the guide gets better.
